He currently serves as Regional Training Director at Apex Midwest, one of the largest multi-market home services companies in the USA, leading training and development across 7 markets areas and nearly 1,800 employees. His work covers leadership mindset, culture building, team development, sales excellence, and customer experience—all connected by the 93/7 framework he developed over two decades of working with people.

The 93/7 Principle, his first book, is built on a single belief: 93% of everything in an organization is working. The best leaders learn to see it, lead from it, and build cultures that reflect it. The ones who don’t—fixated on the 7% that’s wrong—slowly drain the belief, engagement, and performance of every person around them.

Jared lives in Fort Wayne, Indiana. A lifelong Cubs, Bears, and Illini fan. His why is sharing things he’s learned along the way while showing others that they can be more than they ever thought possible.
